Enventive Engineering, Inc. is a privately held Delaware corporation committed to providing mechanical engineers with a software infrastructure supporting collaborative component-level and system-level organization, synthesis, analysis, and optimization of product functional information.

Enventive is led by Ralph Gifford, formerly VP Marketing and Mechanical Advantage Product Manager at Cognition Corporation. Vince Huffaker, Ph.D., previously software development manager for Cognition's Mechanical Advantage product, heads up development of Enventive's UI and application level software. Jim Hurt leads Enventive's core technology developments. Prior to Enventive, Jim was a Technology Fellow at SDRC.
