Description

Enventive Engineering is currently seeking one or more International Sales Managers to organize and lead our sales efforts in Europe and/or Asia.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Organize and conduct sales activities including obtaining new corporate customers in Europe and/or Asia.
  • Develop and support a strong network of resellers and sales agents in each country.
  • Calculate and process quotations for Enventive products and services.
  • Follow-up with potential clients, identify needs and capture business (contracts).
  • Attend, as a company representative, sales, visits, corporate presentations and tradeshows.
  • Send out new client packages/applications/contracts as needed.
  • Maintain and report on relevent marketing data with recommended actions.
  • Organize and maintain effective sales reporting system.
  • Respond to incoming leads and obtain new leads.
  • May supervise/train sales personnel.
  • Conduct effective phone/in-person client meetings, suggesting cost-effective solutions to client problems using Enventive products and services.
  • Maintain a current overview of trends in the market (e.g., new client needs, new services offered by our competition).
  • Investigate new markets for Enventive products and services.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Good written and verbal skills in English and at least one other language, preferably French, German, Chinese or Japanese.
  • Good organizational, and computer skills.
  • Customer relations and project acquisition skills.
  • Min 5 years sales and client negotiation experience.
  • Experience in delivering technical sales presentations.
  • Experience in networking, lead generation, quote development and business capture.
  • Min 2 years CAD/CAE sales experience (CAE preferred)
  • Familiarity with GD&T, Tolerance Analysis, and/or Manufacturing industry is a plus.
