"Our engineering team has been able to use Enventive after 4 days of training. We have been able to correct some design mistakes that were done in the past due to the limitations of the tools we were using. In the end, our customer praised us for the speed and professionalism with which we have been able to complete and present the DFSS phase on this project. " - Pedro Lopes, Ficosa International

Customer Testimonial

“For mechanisms and tolerance-in-motion, Enventive can’t be beat.” – Jeff Gabalski, BAE Industries

Because of the innate kinematic modeling capabilities in Enventive Concept, users can step a mechanism through its complete range of motion while recording results to the embedded Excel spreadsheet—all at the push of a button. During motion simulation, users can also run tolerance analysis (Tolerance-in-Motion™) to plot the variation across the range of motion and as part of optimization.

The kinematic modeling capabilities in Enventive software were used to study the variation in force as the striker is pulled from the clip.

  • You can see the force change as the striker is pulled from the clip.
  • Variation in Pull Force is plotted over the range of motion.
